Academic Policies

Institutional policies governing academic standards, student conduct, enrollment terms, privacy, and accessibility. Effective June 15, 2026.

Academic Integrity Policy

Effective June 15, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

SecureServe Academy™ is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity across all certification programs, examinations, and credentialing processes. This policy applies to all enrolled students, examination candidates, and credential holders. Academic integrity is foundational to the credibility of every certificate issued by this institution.

2. Definition of Academic Misconduct

Academic misconduct includes any act that compromises the fairness, honesty, or integrity of academic work, examination results, or credentialing records. SecureServe Academy™ defines academic misconduct broadly to protect the value of credentials earned by students who complete programs with integrity.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes academic misconduct:

  • Reproducing, recording, transmitting, or distributing examination questions, quiz content, or assessment materials in any form.
  • Using unauthorized resources, notes, software, or assistance during any quiz, examination, or assessment.
  • Submitting work completed by another person as your own.
  • Impersonating another student or allowing another person to complete coursework, quizzes, or examinations on your behalf.
  • Obtaining, sharing, or soliciting advance knowledge of examination content.
  • Providing false information on enrollment forms, account profiles, or credentialing applications.
  • Attempting to alter, falsify, or misrepresent any SecureServe Academy™ credential, certificate, or verification record.
  • Engaging in any act of credential fraud, including misrepresenting the status or scope of a SecureServe credential.

4. Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following consequences, depending on severity:

  • Immediate disqualification of the affected examination attempt or assessment result.
  • Suspension of enrollment access pending investigation.
  • Permanent removal from the program without refund.
  • Revocation of any credential previously issued by SecureServe Academy™.
  • Permanent prohibition from enrollment in any future SecureServe Academy™ program.
  • Referral to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities where credential fraud or impersonation is involved.

5. Investigation Process

SecureServe Academy™ will investigate all credible reports of academic misconduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially. The student subject to investigation will be notified and provided an opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except in cases where immediate suspension of access is necessary to protect examination integrity.

6. Appeals Process

A student who believes an academic misconduct determination was made in error may submit a written appeal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving notice of the determination. Appeals must be submitted to compliance@secureserveacademy.com with the subject line "Academic Integrity Appeal." Appeals must include a clear statement of the grounds for appeal and any supporting documentation. SecureServe Academy™ will provide a written decision on each appeal within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. The decision of the Academy following appeal review is final.

7. Student Responsibility Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any SecureServe Academy™ program, students acknowledge that they have read and understood this Academic Integrity Policy and agree to comply with its requirements. Students are responsible for ensuring that all work submitted — including quiz answers, examination responses, and profile information — reflects their own knowledge and effort. Ignorance of this policy does not constitute a defense against a finding of academic misconduct.
